Agora Maximus, beyond tactical urbanism in Montreal

With the Agora Maximus project LAAB, a Canadian creative collective, together with Signature Design Communication (SDC), a multidisciplinary agency, proposed a temporary streetscape installation. Agora Maximus celebrates the seasonal pedestrianisation of Montreal's Saint-Denis Street with viewing platforms and vantage points that allow passersby admire the cityscape and its rich cultural offerings.

The installation Déracinements, designed by creator Lorraine Côté and architect Étienne Bernier from the Agence Spatiale studio captured visitors of the Carrefour international de théâtre event in Québec, Canada.
