“Take your time”. This is the motto coined by Romanian firm, Parasite Studio for the patisserie in Timisoara that the team of architects designed to meet the needs of customers.



The team from Parasite Studio have tackled a very delicate part of the modern era – the concept of time and of how valuable it is.





Their approach to the interior design for this patisserie in Timosoara, Romania is to carve out an inviting layout where customers can create their own habitat within the same area.





They have diversified the layout to meet the needs of customers. If you’re pushed for time, you can eat and run at the counter. If you’ve got time to spare and you want to take pleasure in some cakes and a cup of tea, you can slip into one of the street front niches furnished with comfy armchairs: the perfect spot to sit back, relax and watch the world go by.



The graphic design emphasises the concept of time and its value. The touches of colour on the walls and in the furniture set the scene for you to take your time, something we often forget to do nowadays, unless someone reminds us, just like they do here at TEMPO.
